From the beginning the Baumann-winery has concentrated on red wines. Analogically you can find a wide assortment of red wines from "Dornfelder" to "Portugieser" and "Pinot Noir". Also our rosé and white wines impress with fruitiness and salubriousness.

By the way:

Our wine grower Ralf prefers the variety "Portugieser". These grapes (red and rosé wines) are easy to drink and are most suitable for every day.
